Just a reminder... there will be a potluck lunch and egg hunt at the Maurices' after the 9:30 service on Sunday morning. If anyone needs to bring food by tomorrow or before service just let me know and we'll arrange it. See y'all soon!

On Sunday we finally set dates for some of our planned activities. The group came up with some great ideas for activities. Fall Family Fellowship!

We'll be having a night of family fun on October 25th. Max and Amanda have graciously opened up their home and backyard so we can get together for some good food and carve/paint our fall pumpkins! Mark your calendars!

Becoming a Contagious Christian

We'll start the church-wide study, Becoming a Contagious Christian, this Sunday, October 5 and will continue through November 9. Be sure to pick up your participant guide in the MetroCenter - $5 a piece or 2 for $8.

The first post

We're embarking on a new journey. A journey for Jesus.

First, I'm Katherine (or Kippy, call me what you like) and I'm married to Jason. We, along with the Courseys - Terry and Erin - felt the Lord calling us to start up a new small group at Fielder Road Baptist Church. This blog is where we'll post important group and church information and announcements along with pictures and other fun stuff pertaining to our small group.
